We machine and custom fit every cylinder specifically to match your year and model Kawasaki.  The Big Boar Air Ride System has built in safety measures which ensure no drop out failures using the stock Dog Bones. Our systems have a triple threat seal that’s unsurpassed by our competitors. A friction ring embedded between the piston seals and a stop gap quad seal to provide leading edge durability and longevity.  The most effective design to reduce leaking and bypass. The shaft is internally lubricated to prevent wear and premature seal failure.
 
This lowering kit / air ride suspension will include all the components you will need to install the Big Boar Air Ride Cylinder on your Ninja 1000. Major components include: the cylinder, high quality 120 psi air pump, mounting clevis, all tubing and fittings, additional hardware, switches to adjust height (both up and down) and wiring harness.
